Book all CF61

We offer the opportunity to rent out both the hall and meeting room at CF61, which basically means that you would have sole use of the public spaces within the building for that time. You can also hire the car park for outdoor activities – such as markets, fairs or outdoor exercise - with or without use of our metered utilities.  

Hire Prices

Colhuw Hall, Hoddnant and the public space:

• Commercial groups and Public Bodies £37.50 an hour

• Community, charity and voluntary groups £31 an hour

• Regular use (6 or more sessions) for Commercial groups and Public Bodies - £29 an hour

• Regular use (6 or more sessions) for community, charity and voluntary groups - £25 an hour 

Hire of Car park is a flat rate of £7 an hour, or £10 with use of metered utilities. A day, weekend or regular rate can be negotiated.  

All hires of 4 hours or more on one day are automatically subject to a further 10% discount.
