The hirer agrees to observe and perform the terms and conditions. You will be invoiced shortly. Full payment is required to secure the booking. A bond may also be required to secure your booking. If so, the bond will be refunded at the end of the hire period subject to Clause 12 of the terms and conditions. GVS agrees to permit the hirer to use that part of the premises designated above for the purposes, period(s) and at the fee agreed.
