Connected Carers Year 2 Celebratory Event – family carers welcome!

On Tuesday 2nd July Connected Carers will be celebrating the success of the second year of the project at CF61.

Connected Carers has been funded by the National Lottery Community Fund for three years. It supports family carers to get out and about, to meet other carers in a similar position, to share experience and offer support and information and to take part in a wide variety of social activities.

The event will run from 11.00am – 2.30pm so if you are a family carer, come along and find out more about the project and possibly take part in a yoga or Zumba session or even have a massage!
