Embark on a new Volunteering Adventure - Llantwit Major & Penarth events

Glamorgan Voluntary Services (GVS) is hosting two Mini Volunteering Events to celebrate Volunteers’ Week, on Wednesday 5th June from 1 pm - 4 pm at CF61 (formerly Llantwit Youth Centre), Station Road, Llantwit Major and on Thursday 6th June 2019 from 11 am - 1 pm at Penarth Library, 9 -10 Stanwell Road, Penarth.

Come along to the events to embark on a new adventure as a volunteer and open up a world of opportunities. You will be able to chat directly with local volunteering providers who will help find the right opportunity for you. Volunteering is a good way to get to know your community better, meet new people, and gain new experiences. You may also boost your chances of finding paid work.

Is your voluntary or community group looking for funding for core or project costs? GVS’ Development Officer, Dave Edwards, will be available at both events to discuss your funding requirements.
