CF61 is reopening post fire-break!

We are pleased to announce that we have been able to re-open following the fire-break lockdown, and that all of our previous activities continue to be permissible. We are also able to consider new bookings for organised activities for up to 15 adults and supervised activities for children.

 If you are not already joining in with what’s going on at CF61, have a look below at what you could still get involved with this term!

 For pre-schoolers and their parents:

·         Happy Hands Club with Emma. This is a fun and energetic, multi- sensory music and movement class for 0-5s and their parents or guardians/carers. There is a babies class on Mondays, 12.40-1.25pm and a 0-5s session on Mondays at 1.45-2.30pm. And now, due to popular demand, a new class has been added on Friday mornings! ·         Amser Stori – a Welsh language story time session for children aged 0-4. This is on a Wednesday 10-11am during school term times and is free of charge.  Exercise classes

·         Pilates classes available for all levels available from Bodyworks with Julie  on Tuesday daytimes. Please visit https://www.bodyworkswithjulie.co.uk/classes-2 to find out more.  There is a new beginners course starting on 10th November at 10.30am. Places are limited so get in quick if you wish to reserve a place. Call Julie on 07803 845946 to sign up.

·         Turn’d Up Fitness with Beth. A high energy fitness class to R&B, Dancehall and Hip Hop music – the lights go down and the disco lights go on…. Classes are on Thursday evenings 7-8pm, with a slower paced techniques class for beginners, on the 2nd Saturday of each month 10-11am.  For Primary School Chidlren
